Just hover over the raid icon and hold X on Xbox controller (or equivalent square PS controller)It keeps your progress at the checkpoint, and respawns you where you would normally spawn let's say using the wall of wishes. I was able to one man shuro chi because if I died, I would just respawn and continue dealing damage.
