Sam’s has better tech with a far superior app and scan & go. Apparently Costco’s gasoline is top tier certified but sam’s isn’t. may or may not make a difference. Sam's Club is more like a small businessman's bulk purchase club, has a much greater variety of items. BJ's is more like an enhanced grocery store, with many small packages (you can buy SIX muffins, for example). You could do sams during the day and Costco over night..
